Public School Notebook

The Public School Notebook is a 15-year-old newspaper that raises the level of civic discussion about Philadelphia schools. To truly engage residents and expand beyond its online readership, the Notebook will use this grant to enhance its Web site, and build online dialogue - adding breaking news, a blog and user-generated content from a larger audience.
